Does another profession suit you better?
Leaving an employer is a good time to determine to what extent you might fit better in other professions and jobs than you have done so far. A vocational and career assessment is then an excellent tool in which your work history and qualities are analyzed to find other, perhaps much better-suited occupations and positions.
Outline program
The survey includes a number of questionnaires, which are completed online by the candidate. The following are inventoried:
- Orientation. Various tests are used to identify your interests and competencies. Important things that emerge here are: where do I want to work (areas of work) and what role do I want to play (types of work). After this test it is clear: who am I, what can I do and what do I want.
- Explore. This is where your skills are mapped.
- Deepening. Through various tests, a number of issues can be explored in greater depth; this is always customized.
Duration of training
You can take the occupational test at your own pace. After completing the tests, there will be a personal evaluation meeting with one of our tutors.
Based on the various aspects, concrete advice is given on interest and suitability for certain professions, also taking into account level of education. All results are processed in a comprehensive report.
