Career counselor Luc enjoys working from the client's qualities and interests. Eventually by asking the right questions the client can formulate the answer to the career question and translate that into actions towards the job market, not losing sight of the person. Through experience as a recruiter, manager and now as a coach, Luc can wear different hats to give the client insight into how, for example, a recruiter looks at a CV.
